This conference has previously occurred every 2 years with a full 2 day program. From this conference forward, the format will change to an annual 1 day event.
This conference is primarily targeted to people working for independent advocacy organisations and we know how tight the resources are and how problematic it can be to release staff for 2 days. The committee hopes that the new format will encourage greater participation and be more cost effective.
To help with the transition to a new arrangement, we are very pleased to announce a special event the day before so you can still feel like you’re getting a two day event. We’re calling it the “Rights Retrospective” and it will be free for anyone to attend.
