The program formerly known as External Merits Review – Support Component (EMR-SC) has changed its name to NDIS Appeals.
NDIS Appeals has been set up to ensure that all people with disability, and others affected by reviewable decisions of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), have access to support when they are seeking review of those decisions in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
The online reference has information about how appeals processes are accessed and what support is available along with links to downloads for the NDIS Appeals Guidelines and a Fact Sheet.
