Cody Jones uses his lived experience to help other people with disability, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to overcome the barriers they face. Asked what barriers he has faced in his career journey, Jones goes back to his days as a university student, when he struggled to find a job in the sector due to not having a driver’s licence.
