This exciting new role is the opportunity for you to work in collaboration with people with a disability and their families to provide well informed facilitation of Circles of Support that is guided by Roles Based Practice to build full, meaningful and inclusive lives in the community.
Belonging Matters is a capacity building organisation with an aim to foster the meaningful inclusion of people with a disability in their communities.
