Strong stance on sexual expression rights welcome

The removal of sexual expression from NDIS plans would be out of line with the fundamental principles of the NDIS, which are to enable people with a disability to live an ordinary life, with choice and control in determining the most appropriate supports.

“This is an issue of human rights. People with a disability have the right to seek sexual expression. It is also vital that they remain in control of making decisions about sexual expression.
