The voice of the Autistic community is vital in developing and designing Amaze’s new A-Plus Employment program, which works to bridge the gap between employers and Autistic employees, ensuring organisations can access the diverse talents of Autistic people, and Autistic people can access the employment market without unintentional barriers to entry.
