This fact sheet was developed to support women, girls, feminine identifying and non-binary people with disability understand, apply for and navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The current gender gap means that men and boys participate in, and get support from the NDIS, at over three times the rate of women and girls. The aim of this fact sheet is to address the gap and ensure that everyone gets the supports they are entitled to.
