Queerspace LGBTIQA+ Disability Advocacy and Connection

This peer support group aims to reduce social isolation and build connection through the ongoing recognition and celebration of the shared lived and living experiences of disabled LGBTIQA+ folk.

It’s an online group for disabled LGBTQIA+ people, their friends, family and supporters who are seeking connection and social support. This group is facilitated by LGBTIQA+ people with disabilities and is a space to come together in an environment that aims to be as accessible and as free from judgement as possible. You must be over 18 years of age and living in Victoria to join this group.

The group runs fortnightly via Zoom on Monday’s from 6pm – 7:30pm.

For folks unable to access a device or the internet, or with specific needs to access an online platform, financial assistance can be provided.
