Providing Feedback to DARU

DARU encourages feedback and recognises that this will include complaints.
Complaints are seen as an opportunity for us to review and to improve what we do. Your feedback assists us to better understand and address issues we otherwise might not know about.

Anyone can provide general feedback to DARU. This includes compliments and suggestions for improvements. DARU aims to make this process as easy as possible. Feedback can be provided IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

  • Complete and  submit the online Feedback Form below
  • Phone the DARU office 9639 5807 and ask to provide feedback
  • Download the Feedback Form and return the completed form to the DARU office

DARU will respond to feedback received within 5 working days.
