DARU is pleased to provide free online training. Our courses are primarily targeted to disability advocates, however everyone is welcome to give them a go. The main aim of our training is to provide skills, knowledge and resources that promote a human rights approach to working with people with disability.

Courses are unaccredited but learners receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion. Certificates are not provided for short courses.

    As you will discover, disability advocacy is complex and requires a broad range of knowledge and skills.  The aim of this course is to   introduce what it takes to be an effective advocate and provide a strong foundation in advocacy practice.
