Provides Advocacy for people with disability. Colac Otway Regional Advocacy Services (CORAS) provides individual advocacy for people with disabilities who live in the Colac Otway and Surf Coast Shires. CORAS will work with an individual to develop an individual advocacy plan outlining what action will be required.
