Transforming services and lives

Aoife O’Toole works for Cheshire Ireland who provide services to 295 adults with disabilities across Ireland. In 2011, Cheshire closed two congregate care settings and has transformed services to create and maintain individualised support options for people in the community. Aoife shares the changes that are possible for people with a disability when agencies commit to transforming what they do and what it takes to make such change happen.
