Research project: Moving forward in library service provision for people with an invisible disability

The study is looking at the information, access, services, and resource needs of people with an invisible disability in relation to public libraries.

Anyone over the age of 18 who has an invisible disability (e.g. hearing loss, dyslexia, vision loss, autism, mental health conditions) is invited to participate in an interview that will be recorded and will take approximately 30-45 minutes.  You will be asked about your thoughts on public libraries and how you look for information. You don’t have to be a library member to take part in the study.
