Hear Us: the experiences of persons with Complex Communication Needs in accessing justice

The primary purpose of this research is to add to existing knowledge about the experiences of persons with Complex Communication Needs (CCN) with the justice system, and to consider the impact of their experiences.

The main aims of this research were to better understand, and to make visible, the often invisible experiences with the civil or criminal justice system of persons who identified as having CCN.
