Social Security Rights Victoria

Social Security Rights Victoria (SSRV) is an independent state-wide community legal centre that specialises in social security and related law, policy and procedure. We help people experiencing issues with Centrelink such as rejections of applications, cancellations and overpayments.

SSRV operates a Legal Assistance Line (for members of the public) between 10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm Monday to Thursday except Victorian public holidays.

There is also a Worker Help line for staff of community organisations (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) .

There is no drop in centre available.
