Paid Internships this Summer for University Students with Disability through the Stepping Into Program

The Stepping Into Program has connected over 1,500 students with disability to leading Australian employers since 2005.

This program launches careers! Four months after graduating, 80% of students who’d completed a Stepping Into internship had gained employment, compared to only 58% of students who hadn’t completed an internship.

AND’s Stepping Into program is a paid internship program that matches talented university students with disability with roles in leading Australian businesses.

This summer, there are over 170 paid internship opportunities with employers such as BHP, Medibank, Westpac, Arup, L’Oréal, IBM, Optus, Gilbert + Tobin, Victoria Police, NBN, IAG, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, Bureau of Meteorology, Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, Reserve Bank of Australia and more.

In this free webinar, we will discuss the program benefits, eligibility, timelines and success stories.
