Frontline leadership is the cornerstone of productive, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplaces. This program will give leaders a practical understanding of their key role in creating and maintaining a respectful workplace culture and the business benefits that follow. It will explore actions that leaders can take to foster a participatory and inclusive workplace culture as a key preventative strategy.
The program also allows participants to practise skills in responding to inappropriate workplace behaviour.
