Boundary setting and self-care

When we work one to one with someone it’s important that we understand the boundaries of our role and how to communicate these boundaries to the people we work with. Sometimes it’s hard to say no however it is vital for self-care and so we don’t overstep the responsibilities of our role or burn out. In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to learn about how to set boundaries effectively and information about how to recognise signs of burn out and undertake self-care to prevent it.
