Beth Gaze teaches anti-discrimination law at Melbourne University Law School, and has written many articles on aspects of the law, including (with Rosemary Hunter) Enforcing Human Rights: An Evaluation of the New Regime (2010), a study of enforcement in the federal anti-discrimination law system. She has been a member of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and the Victorian Mental Health Review Board, and earlier in her career was involved with community legal services.
