This Division is responsible for the Guardianship List, the Anti-Discrimination List, the Mental Health List and the Health and Privacy List.

Anne has extensive experience in the area of Merits Review. Before becoming a member of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, she was a member of the Victorian Administrative Appeals Tribunal, having been appointed to that Tribunal in 1994.

From 1988 to 1994 Anne was the National Convener of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal, the largest specialist Tribunal in the Commonwealth. She was responsible for setting up that Tribunal as a decision making statutory body and was its first convenor.

Anne is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and is a graduate in Law and Arts from the University of Melbourne.
